Understand where your records live and choose what to retain, export or erase.
Your account
You are browsing without an account. Demo data is not saved as your personal history.
Photo privacy & retention
Photo analysis is optional. Original photos remain in browser memory unless you explicitly send them to the AI service. Closing or reloading the page removes unsaved photo selections.
To retain progress photos, the app encrypts each one using a unique AES-GCM key before uploading. File storage is public, but the uploaded JSON contains unreadable ciphertext, never the plain photograph. The key is held only in your private account-scoped record.
Erasing a photo removes its private key and timeline record. The owner can delete the physical file; other users cannot, so encrypted ciphertext may remain in storage. Erasure cannot revoke images or keys already exported, or AI-service copies from analysis.
AI processing is a separate disclosure: do not upload photos you are uncomfortable sending to the AI service. This app does not claim zero service retention.
0 encrypted photo records retained.
Your data, explained
Your data is saved in the app’s built-in key-value store, private to your signed-in account. Workouts, weigh-ins, meals and check-ins reload on sign-in; no personal record is kept in localStorage. Only your theme preference is stored on this device.
Exports include sensitive progress data and photo decryption keys. Keep this file private. Encrypted photo files themselves are not included.
Delete your app data
Permanently erase your fitness profile, workouts, nutrition records, weigh-ins, saved analysis, check-ins and photo keys, then sign out. This does not delete your authentication identity or revoke exported copies.
Full authentication-account deletion is not exposed by the current sign-in SDK. The app owner must remove that identity through the platform’s Users controls. We will not pretend that signing out deletes an account.
